Blood donation camp draws good response in Mukundwadi

Aurangabad, July 19:

A blood donation camp was organised at Mukundwadi on Monday to celebrate the birth anniversary of freedom fighter and founder editor of Lokmat Group of Newspapers Jawaharlal Darda alias Babuji and the birthday of Congress District president Dr Kalyan Kale under ‘Lokmat Raktacha Nata’ initiative.

The camp drew a good response from donors.

Trees were planted while Umbrellas were distributed to cobblers, uniforms to sanitation employees of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation and grocery kits were distributed to Asha workers.

Eye check of 750 persons was conducted while free cataract operation of 45 patients was performed.
