Jalna Road, Beed Bypass and Paithan Road have gained importance as Samruddhi Expressway, Solapur-Dhule National Highway, Shendra-Bidkin industrial estate under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor are adjacent to these roads. The property here is in high demand.
The DMIC includes the Shendra five-star industrial estate on Jalna Road and the Bidkin industrial estate on Paithan road, both of which are of great importance for the industrial sector. The Samruddhi expressway has also benefited the Jalgaon road. Here too, the trend of buying a house has increased. Due to Solapur-Dhule national highway, Beed Bypass, Satara-Deolai area has gained great importance. As a result, people prefer to buy a house in this area. Large scale construction is also underway in Waluj and Mitmita road. The work of setting up a new Jaipur industrial estate on 192 hectares near Shendra is in the final stage. This will increase the demand for space on the road to Jalna and the surrounding villages. Both Aurangabad and Jalna may soon become a single city in the near future.
