ngabad, Sept 26: Pundliknagar police raided Ellora Spa Centre where flesh trade was operated in the shield of spa on Saturday afternoon. The police rescued two girl employees from Nagaland and took two local lady receptionists and two servants into custody. The Spa was being run at a posh locality in N-4 Cidco area on Pundliknagar Road. A case has been registered against the Spa operators Dattu Mane, Amol Bhalerao and Sandeep Bhalerao (all residents of Nasik) at Pundliknagar police station.
PI, Ghansham Sonawane said, the accused were running Ellora Spa and Wellness Centre Private Ltd at N-4 area. The customers were given entry in the Spa after online booking. The police received the information that a flesh trade is being run here in the shield of Spa Centre. Police under the guidance of senior police officials sent a dummy customer to the Spa on Saturday afternoon. A girl came to attend him for massage in a room after paying Rs 2000. When the customer asked the girl for sex, the girl demanded for Rs 2,000 more. The dummy customer then made the police alert from the window and the police team raided the Spa. The police took four girls from Nagaland, two lady receptionists and two servants into custody. During preliminary investigation, it was found that Spa operators Mane, Amol and Sandeep Bhalerao used to bring girls from other state and run flesh trade in the shield of Spa.
Two days back, a former girl employee of a Spa at Konkanwadi complained that a flesh trade is being run at the Spa. The Pundliknagar police on Saturday rescued two girls from Nagaland from the Spa, who had came recently from New Delhi, the sources said.
The police action was conducted by ACP Ravindra Sakhole, API Ghansham Sonawane, PSI Meera Chavan, Vitthal Phartale, Ramesh Sangle, Balaram Chaure, Pravin Mule, Jalindar Mate, Ravi Jadhav, Shivaji Gaikwad, Rajesh Yadmal, Deepak Jadhav, Vilas Doiphole, Ajay Kamble, lady constables Nanda Dagar, Komal Tare and Maya Ugale.
