Mr Karan Deb is the Deputy Head of Pastoral Care and Sports Coordinator at MIT Pune’s Vishwashanti Gurukul. Mr Deb has a vast experience in managing pastoral care and sports programme in residential schools. Over the years, he has developed Pastoral Care policies and systems in sync with dynamic social and cultural milieus. Mr Deb is an awardee of the Junior Research Fellowship by the University Grants Commission of India. A TEDx Speaker at NIT Raipur, Former Captain of the Rajasthan State Senior National Football Team, and has contributed to multiple International and National educational and sports conferences as a resource person.
