Delhi Capitals (DC) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) are all set to face each other in the second game of Sunday's double-header in IPL 2021. Delhi Capitals have one win and one loss from their first two games of the season so far. Punjab Kings too have won one and lost one in their first two games of the season. Just like last season, middle-order remains a huge concern for Punjab with the likes of KL Rahul and Chris Gayle in fine form at the top, Delhi Capitals will be hoping for some consistency from their top-order of Shaw, Dhawan, and Ajinkya Rahane. With Kagiso Rabada spearheading the pace attack and Anrich Nortje expected to be back in place of Tom Curran.

This will be the last outing at the Wankhede Stadium for the two teams in IPL 2021. The tracks there have been on the slower side and with both teams packed with power hitters a interesting battle lies on the cards. The Capitals have also roped in Shams Mulani as a temporary replacement for Axar Patel, a like-for-like left-arm-spinning allrounder, and brought in Aniruddha Joshi for the injured Shreyas Iyer. It remains to be seen whether either of them can be slotted in the XI. n five IPL games at the Wankhede, Pant has averaged 63.66 at a strike rate of 192.92. Even including games other than the IPL, Pant has enjoyed himself at this venue, averaging 41.83 at a strike rate of 180.57 in nine matches.
