India had to face defeat against Pakistan in the ICC T20 World Cup on Sunday. Pakistan started the campaign of ICC T20 World Cup-2021 by winning 10 wickets.

This is the first win for Pakistan against India in world cup history. Both teams had played five matches against each other in the T20 world cup India won every time but his time Pakistan threw victory.

Apart from T20, if include the World Cup in ODI format, then this is Pakistan's first win against India in the World Cup. India had been victorious 12 times by combining both the formats. But, India lost in the 13th match.

Despite losing the match Indian players showed great sportsmanship as they interacted with the opposition after the match.

With the victory of Pakistan, Virat Kohli shook hands with Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan and congratulated them. Kohli then hugged Rizwan and praised his game.

The former captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni also congratulated the players of Pakistan. Babar Azam , Imad Wasim and Shoaib Malik met Dhoni.

Pakistani players even posed for pictures with Dhoni. Dhoni is associated with Team India in this World Cup as a mentor.

Virat Kohli's innings proved unsuccessful against Pakistan. Now Pakistan's chances for victory became easy.

Barbar Azmi and Shoaib Malik also met Dhoni.

Pakistan had got a target of 125 to win in this match. Babar Azam's unbeaten 68 and Mohammad Rizwan's unbeaten 79 helped Pakistan win the match by 10 wickets.
