Post this, his health kept deteriorating. His friend Mukesh Jain confirmed to Zee News that Swami Om passed away today. Swami Om made headlines with his antics on Bigg Boss 10. Apart from passing nasty remarks and stealing other contestants’ toiletries, he shocked everyone when he threw his pee on co-contestant Bani J during a task. Post the incident, host Salman Khan ousted Swami Om from the show. After the news, of his death went viral, Rohan Mehra, who was also a contestant of Bigg Boss 10, revealed of being in deep shock.

While speaking to Times of India, Rohan called Swami Om’s demise unfortunate. To recall, the Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai actor was considered to be the self-proclaimed Godman’s arch rival. In fact, Swami Om was also ousted from the show for apparently splashing his pee on Rohan and Bani J. Recalling their clashes, the young actor stated, “After Bigg Boss, I never met him or spoke to him. It's unfortunate that he left the world and now I will pray for him so that his soul rests in peace. Even though I had clashes with him in the house, I had left those feelings there only. I spent two-three months with him in the house and I feel really bad about his death. ”Furthermore, Rohan recalled how Swami Om gave him the title of Prince of India and the good times they had shared inside the BB house. “The name ‘Prince of India’ became very popular during my season and Om Swami was the person who had given me that name. I am remembering that too now and how I got so much love from the audiences because of that name. I just don’t know how to react to this news of his death,” Rohan added.
