Mixing 5 to 6 drops of clove oil in hot water and gargling daily, cures pyorrhea. To make the teeth strong, rub the teeth with a little salt and mustard oil at bedtime two to three times a month.

Apart from teeth whitening, toothpaste can also be used for teeth. For this, make a dental paste by mixing a little rock salt and sesame oil in the powder of dry ginger, black pepper, pepper, myrrh, Behera, amla, cinnamon, bay leaf, and cardamom.

Anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial properties are found in neem rich in medicinal properties. Extract the juice of its leaves and apply it to the gums with the help of cotton. After keeping it in the mouth for about 5 minutes, rinse it off with lukewarm water.

Massaging the gums with coconut, sesame or clove oil is also beneficial. This reduces the problem and the bacteria present in the mouth can also be cleaned. For this, take any oil and massage the gums with light hands for 10-15 minutes.

Teeth should be cleaned regularly every day. After eating, clean the teeth with a good brush.
