Omicron: Strict restrictions will be imposed in 23 districts for 2 weeks; Central government alert

Amid Omicron Variant, government concerns has risen now, the virus is spreading rapidly in the globe.

And now the variant has also found in India, so far 101 cases of variant has been reported in the country, which is rising major concerns for the country.

11 states of the country has reported Omicron cases, in which Maharastra stands at first place with 40 cases, following 17 in Rajasthan, 22 in Delhi, 5 in Gujarat, 7 in Kerala, 8 in Karnataka, 8 in Telangana, 1 each in Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal and Tamil Nadu, has been reported so far.

The Omicron variant is spreading rapidly in the country, because of it's high mutation and it is more fast than Delta variant.

Corona infection rate is more than 5% in 23 districts of the country. Government is planing to imposed strict restrictions in this district for 2 weeks.

However Maharastra's has higget cases, amongst them 14 are from Mumbai, 10 in Pimpri Chinchwad, 8 in Pune, 2 in Kalyan-Dombivali, 2 in Osmanabad and 1 in Latur, Buldhana, Nagpur and Vasai.

Omicron, has so far spread across 91 countries. G7 health ministers have expressed concern over this. Everyone is saying that the Omicron variant is a new threat to the world.

More than 80,000 corona infections are being reported in Britain every day. Many European countries have banned travel. The situation in the United States has also worsened due to Omicron. President Joe Biden has also warned the people.

Biden said those who have not been vaccinated could face high chances of death this year. Omicron can make the situation worse. The risk of death may increase. Over 1 million patients have been diagnosed in the United States in the last 4 days.

Meanwhile, negligence can be fatal. According to the Policy Commission, if the Corona outbreak spreads to Britain, the number of outbreaks in India could reach 1.4 million a day.
