In the crowd of devotees, Ganpati Bappa rushes to his village. The procession taken out at the time of Niropa is a festival for Ganesha devotees.

However, during this year's Corona, the procession has been banned. The government has drawn up regulations for immersion. Therefore, in the presence of 10 people, dear Bappa is being sent off.

The iconic and most popular Lalbaugcha Raja Ganesh idol will begin the Visarjan procession at 10.30am on Sunday and complete by 1pm unlike the 14-hour yatra of previous years.

Seeing this year's Lalbaug area, of course, Ganesh devotees will not be able to live without tears in their eyes. Wherever there is a flood of devotees, Bappa's procession is going peacefully in the police cordon today. Residents living in the surrounding area can see through the windows of their homes.

While the third wave of the corona is ringing in his head, the beloved Bappa of the devotees is being bid farewell by Sashrunyan. While worshiping the spirit of Vighnaharta, it was the wish of everyone to avoid the crisis of Corona soon. With the same feeling, devotees are nowhere less in excitement.

On the backdrop of Ganeshotsav, combing operations were carried out at 208 places in Mumbai in three hours under the all out operation carried out by the Mumbai Police against criminals and illegal activities for security reasons. Meanwhile, 7,810 vehicles were cleared.

The King of Lalbaug will be immersed at Girgaon Chowpatty. The decision was taken at a meeting between Mumbai Police and Board officials. Police have taken precaution that there will be no crowd anywhere during the procession of Raja of Lalbaug.
