Singer-songwriter and talk show host Kelly Clarkson's petition to be known by only her first and middle names-- Kelly Brianne, has finally been accepted by a court.A California judge recently granted the 39-year-old talk show host her new name, according to court documents obtained by Page Six."There being no objections, the petition for change of name is granted. The Decree is signed and filed. The Petitioner's name is changed from KELLY BRIANNE CLARKSON to KELLY BRIANNE," the documents read.As per People Magazine, Clarkson reportedly filed documents in February requesting a legal name change.US Weekly, which was the first to obtain the docs, reports Clarkson wrote that she has a "desire" to adjust her moniker because "my new name more fully reflects who I am."In January, 'The Kelly Clarkson Show' host reached an agreement with ex-husband Brandon Blackstock regarding their Montana ranch, which had been a sticking point in their divorce proceedings.The documents also made clear that Blackstock does not have any ownership interest in the property adjoining the ranch that Clarkson solely owns.
