Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar
A 16-year-old boy was killed and two others sustained minor injuries after a Scorpio vehicle overturned at Takli Vaidya in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar tehsil on Saturday around 2.30 pm.
The deceased has been identified as Abhishek Kakde (16, Wadkha). He had gone to Takli Vaidya to attend his aunt’s wedding. The vehicle (MH-20-HN-5333) was being driven by his cousin uncle, Babasaheb Mhaske. Abhishek and two other children were travelling in the jeep. The accident occurred when the driver lost control while taking a turn within the village, causing the vehicle to overturn. Abhishek died on the spot, while the other two sustained minor injuries.
