Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: A continuous 18-hour reading programme will be organised at the Knowledge Resource Centre (KRC) of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University on April 12.

This initiative has been conceptualised by Vice-Chancellor Dr Vijay Fulari on Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Jayanti celebrations. The campaign will commence at the KRC at 6 AM on Sunday.

VC Dr Vijay Fulari, Registrar Dr Prashant Amritkar, KRC Director Dr Vaishali Khaparde, Dr Kailas Ambhure and Dr Sunil Narvade will be present as key dignitaries at the event. A book exhibition is also being organised in KRc from April 7 to 14.

Ambedkarite Jalsa Today

As part of Dr Ambedkar Jayanti celebrations, students will present 'Ambedkarite Jalsa,' a traditional art form, on Sunday. The programme will be conducted at 5 PM at the University's auditorium. Milind Arts College, KSK College, Dagdojirao Deshmukh College, Saraswati Bhuvan Arts College, and the University's own team will be participating in the event.
