Aurangabad, June 12:

Three more patients died due to Mucormycosis in the city. The total tally of the deaths reached 108 in just a few days. Moreover, eight more patients of Mucormycosis were admitted, while the active patients presently are 292.

The serious Covid patients after recovery are suffering from Mucormycosis and these patients are rising day by day. Moreover, the patients from other places in the Marathwada region along wth the Aurangabad district are coming to the city for treatment in the government and private hospitals. In all, 108 patients have died so far. The total number of patients reported is 963. Present 292 are being treated and 563 have been recovered and given discharge.
