Aurangabad, Dec 27:
In all, 3.53 lakh Corona tests have been done in the Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) jurisdiction so far, in which, 29,645 suspects were found positive. More relieving fact for the residents is that only 19 suspects were found positive on Saturday.
The health machinery was worried as the Corona patients again were on rise after Diwali. However, the administration succeeded in gaining control over the situation. On Saturday, only 33 patients were reported positive in the district, of which only 19 are from the city. The health machinery is relieved as the number of patients is reducing.
The recovery rate of the patients in the district improved to 95.726 percent now. Similarly, the positive rate of patients is 9.062 percent and mortality rate is 2.888 percent.
