Aurangabad, July 6: A case has been registered against four persons for selling same plot to two different persons by forging documents.
Accused include Sanjay Chandaliya (52, Jafar Gate), Ankush Mokale (Misarwadi) and their two women accomplices. Chandaliya sold a 700 square feet plot at Surajnagar, Pisadevi road to Vidya Babhulgaonkar. He sold the same plot to Shobhadevi Sonhanraj. Babhulgaonkar approached the court about the deal. Following the court order, a case has been registered against Chandaliya and his accomplices.
