Aurangabad, Feb 6: Four books authored by well-known writer Yashawant Deshmukh were released at a programme here recently. Noted writer R R Borade presided and spoke about his own experiences related to conscious living.

''Drama in a sense is much more than telling but, it by itself is an art of presentation,’’ writer Deshmukh said on the occasion. Arvind Kulkarni has translated two of the four books - Marathi ‘Ratra far bandhun Thewate' (Night Binds in English) and Caste No Bar! (same name in Marathi as well as English version). Kulkarni said apart from being an admirer of Deshmukh’s lyrics, he sensed that readers of non-Marathi origin ought to receive an insight of real Marathi culture portrayed through modern literature. Dr Dilip Ghare and Dr Dasu Vaidya also addressed the session.
