Aurangabad, June 24:

In all, 400 CCTV cameras have been installed in the city through the Smart City project so far. The remaining 350 cameras will be installed by July end. Similarly, the police employees in the Command and Control room will be given special training to operate this Camera system.

In all, 750 cameras will be installed at various places in the city through the Smart City. The work was expected to be completed in last April but hamperred due to Corona pandemic. Until now, 400 cameras have been installed and the remaining will be installed by the end of the July, the sources said.
