Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar

The 44th Marathwada Sahitya Sammelan is set to take place on February 15 and 16 at Dagdojirao Deshmukh College in the industrial area, bringing together literary figures, politicians, and enthusiasts.

The conference will be inaugurated by Marathi Language and Industries Minister Uday Samant with Social Justice Minister Sanjay Shirsat, OBC Welfare Minister Atul Save and MLA Amit Deshmukh as chief guests. Dr Bhimrao Waghchaure, founder-secretary of Vijay Shikshan Prasarak Mandal, will chair the event, while Kautikrao Thale, president of the Marathwada Sahitya Parishad, is the co-organizer. The grand closing ceremony will feature Leader of the Opposition Ambadas Danve and renowned writer Arvind Jagtap. Organizers have invited writers and readers to participate in the event.
