50 pc teaching, non-teaching staff join ZP schools

Aurangabad, Nov 4:

Zilla Parishad (ZP) Education Officer (primary) Surajprasad Jaiswal asked for 50 per cent teaching and non-teaching staff members to remain present for online and offline education in the schools on a rotation basis.

The State Government issued orders to start the schools in a phased manner under ‘Mission Begin Again’.

The teachers will have to disinfect schools with the help of Gram Panchayat. The help of the School Committee can be taken, and items like a thermal gun, pulse oxymeter, soap, water mask, sanistiser and items should be made available from 14th and 15th Finance Commission fund. The planning of duty was started from November first. A total of 50 pc staff should be called on a rotation basis.

The teacher should continue online teaching until further orders. Bloc Education Officer, extension officer, centre chief, resource persons will visit the school on any working day to inspect the planning and submit its report.

Jaiswal also issued directives for taking action for remaining absent on duty without leave. Chief Executive Officer Dr Mangesh Gondawale directed the department heads and officers of headquarters should visit the school and take a review.
