Aurangabad, April 21:

During the second wave of the Covid-19, a total of 56,688 citizens are under institutional quarantine from different parts of Marathwada. Of the total figure, maximum number is from Parbhani district.

According to statistics made available, there are 25,588 persons from Parbhani district, 12,795 from Aurangabad district, 4,414 from Latur district, 4,057 from Nanded district, 2,734 from Osmanabad-Beed districts, 1,962 from Jalna district and 1,243 from Hingoli district.

Besides, a total of 3,664 patients are under home quarantine in Aurangabad district. The safety measure has been permitted to break the chain of the Covid-19.
