Aurangabad, June 5:
A 60-year-old man ended his life by hanging to the roof of his residence in Sathenagar (Waluj) on Friday evening. The deceased have been identified as Girijanath Laxman Bhond and the reason behind the suicide is yet to be ascertained by the police.
It so happened that the old man ended his life at 6.30 pm. Acting upon the information, the PSI Shaikh Salim and his team reached the spot. They untied the rope and rushed Bhond in unconscious condition to the government hospital. However, the doctors declared him dead on examination. Meanwhile, Waluj police station has registered a case of accidental death.
