Aurangabad, March 30:

In all, 619 properties have been registered from March 27 to 29. Customers had flocked to the deputy registrars office to pay the stamp duty to avail the 2 per cent discount on stamp duty. In all, 246 registrations were made on March 27 and 116 on March 28 and 257 on March 30. A revenue of Rs 5,39,78,310 was deposited in the government treasury. In the month of March, 7,145 properties have been registered in Aurangabad district, informed the inspector general of stamp registration Soham Wayal.
