Aurangabad, Dec 13:

In all, 68 new Corona suspects were found positive on Sunday. The total number of patients in the district reached 44375 now, of which, 42643 recovered, 1173 died while 559 are being treated, informed the district administration.

Patients found in the city are from, Samarthnagar, Balajinagar, Vijaynagar, Bajajnagar, Orange Pride Mhada, Jyotinagar, Balkrishnanagar, Chikalthana, Aurangpura, Naralibaug, N-11 Cidco, Prakashnagar, Jaibhavaninagar, Bhagyanagar, Chintamani Colony, Gadiya Park (One each).

Vishnunagar, Vivekanandnagar, Trimurti Chowk, TV Centre, Silk Mill Colony, N-3 Cidco, Swatantrasainik Colony (Two each).

Dashmeshnagar, N-2 Cidco, Ulkanagari (Three each). Beed By-pass – 4, Others – 11.

Patients found in the rural areas are from, Mhada Colony, Bajajnagar, Kelgaon Sillod, Sathegaon Vaijapur, Chauka Phulambri, Nath Galli Paithan (One each). Others – 8.

4 die; total deaths: 1173

A 70 years old woman from Harsul, 41 years old man from Wakala, 65 years old man from Gangapur and 55 years old woman from Paithan died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH). The total number of deaths in the district reached 1173 now.

Meanwhile, 131 patients including 116 from the city and 15 from the rural areas recovered and were given discharge on Sunday. The total number of patients recovered in the district reached 42643 now while 559 are being treated.
