Aurangabad, Dec 16:
In all, 87 new Corona suspects were found positive on Wednesday. The total number of patients in the district reached 44609 now, of which, 42906 recovered, 1178 died while 525 are being treated, informed the district administration.
Patients found in the city are from N-3 Cidco, Sutgirni Chowk area, Balajinagar, Aurangpura, Vedantnagar, Thackeraynagar, Ulkanagari, Pethenagar, Sara City, Nakshatrawadi, Nandanvan Colony, Samarthnagar, Akashwani area, Alkanagar, N-2 Cidco, Mukundwadi, N-5 Cidco, Amrutsai City, Banjara Colony, New Osmanpura, Silk Mill Colony, Patelnagar Beed By-pass (One each). Pawannagar – 2, Dargah Road – 3, N-7 Cidco – 4, Others – 39.
Patients found in the rural areas are from, Nath Galli Paithan, Solegaon Gangapur, Jaibhavaninagar Wadgaon, Nagnathnagar Vaijapur (One each). Others – 13.
One dies; total deaths: 1178
60 years old man from Honajinagar died at the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH).The total number of deaths in the district reached 1178 now.
