Aurangabad, Feb 15:

The accused beating API Satyajeet Taitwale of the Aurangabad

police force are still not traceable even after 15 days.

Taitwale had gone for dinner with his friends at Hotel On

the Rocks on February 1. He had quarreled with the other customers at the hotel

over petty reason. The quarrel was intensified as the Hotel owner had taken the

keys of the motorcycle of his friend. Taitwale tried to resolve the dispute through

mediation. However, they were not ready to listen to him. Hence, Taitwale left

the hotel and started walking towards API Corner in the Cidco area. On

receiving the information, the Cidco police rushed to the spot and took

Taitwale’s friends to the police station in the police vehicle. Meanwhile,

around 7 to 8 persons went after Taitwale and severely beat him. A case was

registered at the Cidco MIDC police station in this regard.

Now, 15 days have passed to the incident, but the accused

are still not traceable.

PI of the Cidco MIDC police station Vitthal Pote said, API

Taitwale has lodged a complaint. The accused will be arrested after collecting

the evidences. The police have seized the CCTV footage from the hotel, he said.
