Aurangabad, Dec 23:

The Aurangabad division of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) took action against 24 students of HSC, SSC for indulging in malpractice during the November-December supplementary examinations result.

The State Board conducted the examinations of both 10th and 12th between November 20 and December 10. The result was declared online at 1 pm on Wednesday.

A total of 20 flying squads including 10 for HSC were deployed in Aurangabad, Jalna, Beed, Hingoli and Parbhani districts to put a check on malpractice.

Secretary of the division Sugatta Punne said that action was taken against 24 students of SSC and HSC for doing malpractice in the examinations.

A total of 2180 personnel were pressed into the service of conduct the supplementary examinations. They included 73 centre chiefs, 1090 invigilators, 621 examiners.
