A party organized at Daulatabad area to

celebrate the birthday of an API posted in the Waluj MIDC police station was

spoiled on Tuesday. The persons gathered for the party fled away after the

senior officer received the information about it.

According to the details, API Gautam Wawale had

birthday on Tuesday. As PI Madhukar Sawant was on leave, taking advantage of

the opportunity, the policemen organized the birthday party at night. The party

was organized at the farm house of the writer of PI Sawant, Shaikh Nawat at

Daulatabad. Wawale’s family members and friends were to be present for the

party. The policemen of the police station were given the responsibility for organizing

the party. Veg, Non-veg and liquor was arranged for the party.

Meanwhile, one policeman present in the party

informed about it to the senior officers. On receiving the information, the

officers called the Daulatabad police station to confirm about the party. Meanwhile,

the policemen present at the party on getting the information that the senior

officers knew about it, fled away leaving the party. When contacted API Wawale,

he claimed that no such incident occurred.
