Aurangabad, Dec 30:

Political leaders attend crowded wedding ceremonies while enforcing the Covid-19 regulation on commenters. The present struggle is not against communism, capitalism, but man against nature, said, senior economist H M Desarda.

One year has passed since the discovery of the coronavirus. On this background, Desarda held a press conference here today and demanded that the government change its development policy. Desarda said, "Corona has given a slap in the face to those in power, the wealthy, the technocrats, and the so-called world leaders. The destruction of nature needs to be stopped. The threat of pandemic cannot be overcome without radical changes in development systems and lifestyles. Therefore, it is necessary to change the development policy, said Desarda. Leaders who impose the Covid-19 code of conduct on the general public are themselves violating the rules. They are attending wedding ceremonies, political gatherings and walking in crowds.

Industrialists are offered collateral-free loans

Monstrous development has damaged the country. There is a debt of Rs 13 lakh crore on entrepreneurs. Banks lend Rs 50,000 crore to Aurangabad-based company without collateral. However, banks think ten times when giving a loan of five thousand rupees for agriculture. We have to take stock of who this development is for and how. Although the prime minister is talking ''Mann Ki Baat'', the keyword inside is Ambani-Adani, said Desarda.
