Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

Two thieves, stole away an Ape auto-rickshaw spares and battery, valuing Rs 22,000, on Thursday early morning (at 3.30 am. The theft took place at S R Pagariya grocery shop near Mahavir Chowk in Bajajnagar. The thieves also broke into a tea stall next to the shop and stole goods worth more than Rs 5,000. The entire incident was captured on CCTV cameras.

At Mahavir Chowk, Yogesh Pagariya owns the wholesale grocery store, and he uses an auto-rickshaw for transporting goods. Around 9.30 pm on Wednesday, the rickshaw (MH 20 E F 0262) was parked in front of the store and locked. At around 3.30 am on Thursday, two thieves wearing black jackets broke the rickshaw's window pane. They stole goods such as the battery, tyres, sound systems, and a spare tyre, totalling Rs 22,000. They also broke into the tea stall and took two gas cylinders and gas stoves. All of this was captured on the CCTV cameras at Pagariya’s shop. Acting upon the information, PSI Manoj Shinde and his team conducted an inspection.
