Four unidentified men allegedly stole an auto-rickshaw after threatening the driver with a knife late on March 5 between Cidco Chowk and Mill Corner. Kartik Rathod (22), a resident of M-2, who has been driving a rickshaw for two months, said the four boarded his vehicle at Cidco Chowk around midnight and initially asked to be dropped near the High Court signal. They later asked him to go to Mill Corner, and when he refused, one of them held a knife to his neck and threatened to kill him. Fearing for his life, Rathod drove towards Mill Corner. Near Naralibag, the accused forced him to stop, made him get down and fled with the rickshaw. A case was registered at Cidco police station on March 6, and investigation is underway.
