Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: The examinations for B.Ed and LLB courses in the Education and Law faculties within the jurisdiction of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University will commence on April 21.

Director of the Board of Examination and Evaluation (BoEE) Dr B N Dole, said that the summer session examinations for undergraduate courses within the jurisdiction of Bamu began on April 7. He said that 2.80 lakh students are appearing at 240 centres across four districts.

After UG, the postgraduate examinations will start on April 21. “Measures have been put in place to ensure copy-free, transparent examinations and speedy declaration of results.

To conduct the summer examinations for various degrees, diplomas, postgraduate and other courses in a copy-free environment, external supervisors will be nominated at each examination centre,” said Dr B N Dole.

He said that flying squads with appointed chairpersons and members were formed district-wise and route-wise to make surprise visits to examination centres to ensure a copy-free atmosphere. For the purpose of conducting examinations and declaring results, one Principal has been appointed as District Coordinator for each of the four districts, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Jalna, Beed, and Dharashiv.

BoEE director stated that this year's examinations are being conducted in an extremely transparent manner and results will also be declared on time. Deputy Registrar Dr Vishnu Karhale, Assistant Registrars Bhagwan Phad, Rajendra Gangurde, Mahendra Paithane, Haridas Khude, Nishchal Salampure, and others from the Examination Department are working for the examination.
