Judge Mahesh S. Tiwari granted conditional bail to West Bengal resident Pinky Tamang in an international call center fraud case on Thrusday.

Pinky has been in custody since October 28, 2025, the court ruled further detention unnecessary as the chargesheet is filed and recoveries are complete. Represented by Adv. Prashant Nagargoje, she was released on a ₹25,000 bond/surety. The Cidco MIDC police raided a center allegedly defrauding Americans using laptops and mobiles, involving assistance from foreign agencies.

Strict conditions:

• No foreign travel without court permission.

• Must submit permanent address and blood relative details.

• No tampering with witnesses or repeating offenses.
