Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Taking a significant step towards a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, Eco Nourish, a startup incubated at the Incubation Center of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar University of Technology (BATU), Lonere, launched its new brand 'Corner Organics' at Tapadiya Natyamandir on Saturday.

BATU Vice Chancellor Col. Dr Karbhari Kale, Bhagwan Ghadamode (former Mayor), Dr Shrikant Dhanawale (renowned cardiologist) and Dr Navin Khandare (Chief Executive Officer- University Incubation Center) were present.

In the programme, dignitaries wished Rishikesh Vaidya and Anurag Dambale, directors of Eco Nourish Private Limited, for their future endeavours. VC Dr Karbhari Kale said that the university's incubation centre would always cooperate to develop and grow startups like 'Eco Nourish'.

Under this project, 100 per cent natural and pure edible oils produced using traditional stone mills will be made available in the market. These include sesame oil, groundnut oil, mustard oil, sunflower oil and coconut oil.

Also, the startup is soon planning to develop various types of healthy food items from oilseed waste products using the latest technology with the help of the Incubation Center of Batu. The startup owner said that their goal is to contribute to a healthy India by providing chemical-free, natural cooking oil options to our customers.
