Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar:

Admissions to BBA and BCA courses after Class 12 will now be granted strictly on the basis of scores obtained in the MHT-CET, as per clear directives issued by the Higher and Technical Education Department.

Last year, a separate CET was conducted for BBA and BCA courses. However, due to lack of awareness among students, the examination had to be conducted again. From this year onwards, students who have appeared for the MHT-CET will be eligible for admission to BBA, BCA, and BMS courses.

This decision is expected to benefit students as well as colleges, particularly those that were struggling with vacant seats in these programmes.
