Aurangabad, March 13:

EGS Minister Sandipan Bhumre from Paithan and Kiran Patil Dongaonkar from Khuldabad were declared unopposed elected in Aurangabad District Central Cooperative Bank (ADCCB) on Saturday.

As per the directives of the Aurangabad bench of Bombay High Court, the scrutiny of ADCCB election nomination forms was carried out today.

A total of 14 nominations were declared invalid from C and D groups.

Sandipan Bhumre and Kiran Patil were declared elected unopposed from the farmers' category.

There are 48 candidates in the fray for 18 seats. The election symbols will be distributed on March 14. The election will be conducted on March 21 and counting will be done on March 22. There will be a fight between Minister of State Abdul Sattar with Prakash Mutha and Shahnawaz Khan.
