The three-day Lokmat Property Show will conclude on Sunday. Information about more than 100 housing projects of prominent builders of the city is being provided under one roof at the show. Usually, visiting all the housing projects will take more than six months. It will require time and money. Due to this, this is the last opportunity to compare the quality, prices and amenities of 100 housing projects with each other and buy a house within one’s budget before the price hike.

2nd day for purchasing dream home

Customers already decided to buy a house on Saturday, the second day of the Lokmat Property Show. Many came with their families. They were going to the stalls of each builder and seeking complete information. The employees of the stalls were also tirelessly giving detailed information to everyone.

Information was being taken about each customer and their preferences regarding their house. Some builders have also arranged for a site visit. There is also a stall of Maharashtra Gramin Bank in this exhibition where information regarding home loans is being provided.

Apart from this, information about branded furniture, solar energy and e-vehicles is also being made available in this exhibition.

Due to this, customers were seen freely getting information in the exhibition until eight o'clock in the evening.

In the Lokmat Property Show, information is being provided at the stall of Maharashtra Gramin Bank about how much loan one can get according to one’s CIBIL score.

After booking a house and completing of documents process, the bank also approves the loan in a fast process. Recently, the bank has reached the important milestone of Rs 30,000 crores in total business. The bank has become a leader among the rural banks in the country. The bank is not only providing home loans, doctor loans, vehicle loans and gold loans but also solar loans.

Surgery through robotics at Dhoot Hospital

Seth Nandlal Dhoot Hospital on Jalna Road, which has been at the forefront of patient care in the city since 1998, is now performing robotic joint replacement surgeries.

More than 50,000 angiographies, angioplasty, 6,500 bypass surgeries, more than 8,000 radiation therapy, more than 10,800 chemotherapy, more than 30,000 joint replacement surgeries, and more than 410 kidney transplant surgeries have been performed here until now.

It has various departments like state-of-the-art cath lab, ICU, CCU, MRI, X-ray city scan and state-of-the-art radiation department.
