BJP's women's wing has staged a demonstration in front of the district collectorate today afternoon. They demanded the resignation of Dhananjay Munde and shouted slogans against the sitting state government. The agitators were holding party's flags in the hands and staged a demonstration for more than an hour. MLA Atul Save and BJP's city president Sanjay Kenekar were also present on occasion.

BJP's national secretary Vijaya Rahatkar demanded to file offence against Dhananjay Munde and take his resignation from the position. She also expressed concern over no action against Rashtravadi Yuvak Congress state president Mehboob Shaikh.

The delegation submitted a memorandum of demands to the additional collector A B Gavhane. It stated that the chief minister Uddhav Thackeray neither gave his reaction nor have asked the minister of social justice to submit the resignation after one woman accused him of raping her.

The agitators underlined that the NCP chief Sharad Pawar had also not asked Munde to step down. Hence the BJP women's wing came on the road and are agitating in all over the state.

General secretary of state women's wing Savita Kulkarni, vice president Madhuri Adwant, Aurangabad's president Amruta Palodkar, Manisha Bhansali and male members Dayaram Basaiyye, Jalinder Shendge, Pramod Rathod and others were present on occasion.
