Aurangabad, April 25:

BJP Task Force will compete with the district-wise Government machinery in Marathwada region to tackle the COVID situation.

It may be noted the number of patients and their mortality ratio is increasing day by day. BJP will start three COVID Care Centres (CCCs) in each district with ventilator and oxygen facilities. The patients will get the treatment and facility at very affordable charges.

BJP national president J P Nadda, union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan, held an online meeting of MPs of the region two days ago. MP Dr Bhagwat Karad shared the pandemic situation and what the State Government is doing.

MP Dr Karad was given all responsibilities as chief of the region’s Task Force.

BJP State unit president MP Raosaheb Danve, MP Preetam Munda and MPs of all regions participated in it. The district-wise helpline was also started with a special number of each district. The party’s team will provide whatever a patient needs.

The party plans to reach people through war-room for next new months. The central-level leaders instructed the divisional level team to make available oxygen, grains, injection, and medicines.

Some MPs raised a question over the supply of Remdesivir, J P Nadda said that the Central Government withdrew the patent of seven companies injection manufacturing while other companies were granted permission for its manufacturing.

So, there will be no shortage of the injection. Each CCCs will have 50 beds with ventilators and an oxygen facility.

Chief of Marathwada Task Force Dr Karad said that the party’s national president instructed him to reach people of the region and search district-wise land for CCCs.

“The spots were searched in the city. I have given a letter to the health ministry about installing an oxygen plant. The Central Government will give fund for a separate oxygen plant for the district. The responsibilities were given to leaders district-wise,” he added.
