Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar: Leader of Opposition in Legislative Council Ambadas Danve alleged BJP plans to give Waqf Board land to Adani and Ambani.

MLC Danve who is on a tour of the district interacted with reporters on Thursday morning. When he was asked about the Central Government’s approval for the Waqf Amendment Bill late on Wednesday night, he replied that it was the BJP’s plan to provide land to some industrialists.

He said that the Mahayuti had promised to waive off loans to farmers in the Assembly election manifesto. “But, today Deputy Chief Minister and Finance Minister Ajit Pawar is clearly denying the loan waiver. He is rubbing salt in the wounds of the farmers” he said.

Deputy CM Ajit Pawar said that he would not tolerate hooliganism in Beed. When this was pointed out, Danve said why crime increased in Beed. He said there are politicians who are protecting criminals. Pankaja Munde should take note of why crime has increased in Beed itself.
