Aurangabad, May 21:

The police are busy in Nakabandi to stop the spread of the

Corona pandemic. Taking advantage of the situation, the thieves stole cable

worth Rs 40,000 from Mitra Colony. Similarly, a grocery shop at Renukanagar was

also broke and the thieves made of with articles and cash. The incident came to

the fore on Friday.

The thieves stole cable worth Rs 40,000 kept at a

construction site of Arun Lahane at Mitra Colony near Chetak Ghoda area. The

incident came to fore on Friday. A case has been registered at the Jawaharnagar

police station.

Thieves broke into a grocery shop of Suresh Nanasaheb

Solanke at Renukanagar in Garkheda area on May 20 afternoon and took away Rs

20,000 cash and articles amounting around Rs 25,170. Salunke noticed the theft

next day on Friday. A case has been registered at Pundliknagar police station.
