Aurangabad, March 25:

A case has been registered in the Phulambri police station against 19 persons on Thursday on the complaint of the deputy registrar for alteration in 7/12 extract.

According to a complaint lodged by Sudhir Hari Mahalpure, deputy registrar, Phulambari registry office, farmers in Borgaon Arj, Vadodbazar, Pimpalgaon-Gangdev, Shevanta, Pedgaon, Adgaon in the tehsil with the help of talathis showed no loan pending on their 7/12 extract despite having debts. They submitted the extracts to the registry office and registered the farmland in the name of relatives. As a result, the government lost revenue.
