CCTV footage has confirmed that the body of a 30-year-old man found near Oasis Chowk, Pandharpur, on Saturday morning was the result of a hit-and-run by a speeding travel bus at ORCC Chowk.

The deceased was identified as Vishal Mhaske, a resident of Vitthalwadi, Pune. His Aadhaar card and a paper with a vehicle number were found at the scene. Police contacted the vehicle owner, who confirmed Vishal had worked as a driver for them.
