With over 100 options available within budget, buyers' hopes were revived many went ahead and made bookings.
The second day of the Lokmat Property Show, which is giving a new boost to the city's real estate sector, saw an enthusiastic response from visitors. Customers explored residential projects, plotting schemes, ready possession flats and luxury townships from various areas.
The show featured 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK flats, row houses, gated communities and plotting schemes near the city. Some preferred projects near main roads, schools, hospitals and markets, while others preferred properties on the city's outskirts. Amenities like spacious parking, lifts, CCTV security, solar energy systems, green spaces, children's play areas and clubhouses drew attention. Many preferred ready possession homes, while others enquired about plots in developing areas for future investment. Youth showed interest in modern, smart-designed homes, while middle-class families sought affordable, safe and peaceful neighbourhoods.

What did buyers want to know?
Buyers focused on: quality construction within budget, reliable developers and clear documentation, RERA registration, possession timeline after booking, future price appreciation potential, and loan eligibility and processing time.
Participating builders reported increased enquiries and on-the-spot bookings on the second day. "Customers are now more aware," they noted.
