Aurangabad, July 8:

Akhil Bhartiya Chhava Sanghatna president Nanasaheb Javle said they would agitate aggressively for Maratha reservation if the government could not understand the silent language.

A meeting of the organisation was held at Sinchan Bhavan here on Thursday after the cancellation of Maratha reservation.

Addressing a press conference after the meeting, Nanasajeb Javle said it seems that both the State and Central Governments are ignoring the issue of Maratha reservation.

“Number of suicides by Maratha youths and farmers have increased. Politics being played in such a situation is maligning.

Stringent loan conditions of Annasaheb Patil Financial Development Corporation should be cancelled and Rs 1000 crore fund to be made available for it. He demanded that the criminals of Kopardi should be punished.

“Those candidates were selected for the job through SEBC category during 2019-2020 should be given appointment as a special case. A separate hostel should be constructed in each district for Maratha youths. We will take out to the street aggressively for our demands instead of silent morcha,” he asserted.

Bhimrao Marathe, Vijaykumar Ghadge, Punjabrao Kale, Appasaheb Kudhekar, Balaji Suryavanshi, Ashok More and Shivji Markande were present at the briefing.
