Aurangabad, Dec 29:

Sanjay Raut is demanding that Sharad Pawar be given the chairmanship of the United Progressive Alliance (UPA). There is unrest in Congress because of his demand and it is likely to withdraw its support to the Maharashtra Mahavikas Aghadi government, said union minister and resident of the Republican Party of India (RPI) Ramdas Athawale. He was speaking at a press conference here on Tuesday. Athawale also took a jibe at Rahul Gandhi stating that he went to Italy while the farmers are protesting.

Athawale said, after the fall of this government, Devendra Fadnavis will be the chief minister of Maharashtra again, he predicted. He says that Fadnavis says that he will come again because of Ajit Pawar. The two had come together for one day. Shiv Sena has been out of NDA for the last one year. They are not a part of the UPA. However, Shiv Sena''s spokesperson Sanjay Raut is demanding that Pawar should be given the leadership of UPA. Pawar should have been made the prime minister instead of Manmohan Singh. But that did not happen. The fear of farmers regarding agriculture laws is wrong. The opposition should consider the interests of the farmers without opposing the farmers laws. It would be wrong to repeal the law. If one law is withdrawn, all laws will have to be withdrawn, Athawale said. Baburao Kadam, Daulat Kharat, Milind Shelke, Kantikumar Jain, Kishore Thorat, Nagraj Gaikwad and other activists were present on the occasion.

New solgan for corona

Union minister Ramdas Athawale has now coined another slogan for the new strain of coronavirus. ‘Earlier I gave the slogan ‘Go Corona, Corona Go’ and now corona is going. For the new coronavirus strain, I give the slogan of ‘No Corona, No Corona, Corona No, Corona No,’ Athawale said.
