Aurangabad, April 29:

A large number of people in home isolation in the rural area are found wandering in the village floating norms. Therefore, in order to curb such irresponsible behaviour, a control room should be set up at the primary health centre level in the village schools to ensure that the home quarantine person does not go out said Zilla Parishad CEO Dr Mangesh Gondawale.

An order has been issued to the block development officer, education officer and tehsil health officer to prevent the spread of coronavirus. As per orders, ZP teachers and employees should be appointed from 10 am to 5 pm at respective control rooms. It is also suggested to stay in constant contact with patients in isolation. Similarly, a large number of passenger vehicles were seen entering Aurangabad from Ahmednagar, Jalgaon, Beed, Buldhana, Jalna, Jalgaon and adjoining districts despite restrictions on entry. Therefore, necessary staff should be appointed at checkpoints to help the police. Also, it should be verified whether the appointed teachers and staff are performing their duties. The list of patients found suspicious in the survey should be forwarded to the village vigilance committee and the committee should take action as per the rules, Gondawale said in the order.
