Four persons severely beat a couple at Jogeshwari in Waluj area on Sunday night. The Waluj MIDC police booked four persons Vishal Barve, Gaurav Barve, Sagar Barve and Parubai Koli (all residents of Jogeshwari) in this regard.
Complainant, Limbaji Pandurang Gavhane (45, Jogeshwari) and his wife Janabai were at home on Sunday. At around 10 pm, the accused came to their house and severely beat both of them over old rivalry. They also threatened the couple to kill them if they go the police.
