Kailas Kharat works for a courier company. On March 23, he set out for work with around 50 different parcels to deliver to customers. He parked his bike in front of Jabinda Residency and went to deliver a parcel on the fifth floor. While leaving, he had hung a large bag containing parcels on his bike seat. By the time he returned, the thief had stolen the bag. The bag contained parcels including clothes, cosmetics, car parts, electronic items, bags, toolkits, and other items meant for customers.
