Aurangabad, April 27:

The Aurangabad bench of Bombay High Court comprising Justice Ravindra V Ghuge and Justice B U Debadwar has directed Harsul Police Station incharge to take action on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner against seven bogus teachers appointment.

Pathan Parvin Sultana, a teacher at Al Madni Urdu Primary School, run by Rashtravadi Sports and Education Society, filed a petition in the court through adv Saeed S Shaikh for her promotion and against the bogus appointment of seven teachers.

Secretary of education society Shaikh Ayyub Osman Patel, president Shaikh Aliya Ayyub Patel, their son Shaikh Mohsin Patel and school headmistress Shaikh Nazia Anjum demoted the petition on the basis of the fake documents. Shaikh Mohsin, who was underage, was appointed teacher on the basis of fake documents of HSC pass. The petitioner and her husband made two different criminal complaints against the illegal act.

The petitioner lodged a complaint with Harsul Police Station on June 3, 2020 for the bogus appointment of seven teachers and taking their lakhs of rupees salary. “However, police took no action against them till today,” the teacher stated in the petition.

The court disposed of the petition by telling that the issue of bogus teachers appointment comes under Education Department. Assistant government pleader R B Bagul represented the Government.
